Motion to cancel the November 13, 2012 City Commission meeting, and schedule an Organizational meeting for that same date.

 

Description of Action

The City Charter requires that newly elected officials take office on the first Tuesday immediately following their election, which is a regular City Commission meeting.  The election results will not be certified by the Supervisor of Elections until November 16, 2012, 3 days after the City Commission meeting.
